Ascend ("Ascend", "we", "our", or "us") is the legal entity operating the Ascend mobile and web applications (the "Service"), available at https://ascendflow.app.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Service. By accessing or using Ascend, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Ascend helps you track habits, measure progress, and build consistency. You can use the free version or upgrade to a premium plan that offers additional features such as group sharing, advanced analytics (heatmaps, growth charts), and personalized reminders.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
If you subscribe via the Ascend web app, payments are processed securely by Paddle. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.
If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, billing and subscription management are handled via RevenueCat, in accordance with the respective store's terms and conditions.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the relevant platform (Ascend web, App Store, or Play Store). Refunds are subject to the policies of Paddle or the respective app store.
Ascend may offer a referral program allowing eligible premium users to invite friends to discover the Service. This program is promotional, optional, and subject to the conditions below.
Only users with an active paid premium subscription are eligible to send invitations. Each premium user may invite up to three (3) friends by submitting their email addresses through the Service. Each invitation generates a unique referral code valid for three (3) days from issuance.
Invited users must download the Ascend application, create an account, and must not have an active or previous premium subscription in order to redeem the referral code. Each user may redeem only one (1) referral code and may not redeem multiple invitations.
Upon successful redemption, the invited user will receive temporary access to premium features, including access to the inviter’s habit group, for a period of seven (7) days. If the invited user does not subscribe to a paid premium plan at the end of this period, premium access and group membership will be automatically revoked.
Self-referrals, including inviting oneself or attempting to bypass eligibility requirements, are strictly prohibited. Any abuse, fraud, or misuse of the referral program may result in the suspension or termination of accounts and the revocation of any associated benefits.
Referral benefits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and do not constitute a paid subscription or a right to continued service. Ascend reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
All content, trademarks, and materials in the Service are the property of Ascend or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is," without any warranties. Ascend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms.
