• Account Information: email address collected via Clerk to create, manage, and secure your account.
• Usage Data: habits and logs you create (name, status, date). These are stored solely to provide the core functionality of the app.

AscendFlow does not collect IP addresses, geolocation data, photos, videos, or any sensitive personal information. We do not track users for advertising.

How Your Data Is Used

Your personal data is used only to:

• Provide and maintain your account
• Sync and display your habits and progress
• Ensure secure authentication
• Improve app performance and reliability
• (Coming soon) Manage subscriptions via Paddle

AscendFlow does not sell or share your data for advertising or marketing.

Third-Party Services

AscendFlow uses the following providers:

• Clerk (authentication)
• Vercel (hosting - EU servers)
• Paddle (subscriptions - coming soon)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• Apple App Store / StoreKit (iOS in-app payments)
• Google Play Billing (Android in-app payments)

RevenueCat receives transaction information from Apple and Google Play Billing to validate and synchronize your subscription across devices. RevenueCat does not receive full payment details.

Apple and Google process payment information separately as required to complete in-app purchases. AscendFlow does not access your full payment information.

Data Retention

Your data is stored for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within a reasonable processing time.

Consent

By using the app or creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy. AscendFlow does not collect data without your knowledge or consent.

If you live in the EU or UK, you have the right to:

Permissions

The Android version of the app may declare the android.permission.CAMERA permission due to a third-party library dependency used for payment-related features. AscendFlow does not use the camera for any feature. No camera data is collected or transmitted.

Data Security

Industry-standard security measures are used to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure access controls. While we take precautions, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

AscendFlow is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
