Refund Policy

Thank you for using Ascend. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through our different platforms.

1. Web Purchases (Paddle)

If you purchased Ascend Premium through our website at ascendflow.app, your payment was processed securely by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record.

All web transactions are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record, and are subject to Paddle's 14-day refund policy. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting Paddle directly. For full details, see Paddle's Refund Policy.

To request a refund for a web purchase, please contact Paddle directly using your purchase receipt or visit Paddle's Buyer Support.
If you need help with your web purchase, you can contact us at hi@ascendflow.app, and we'll be happy to guide you through Paddle's refund process.

2. App Store Purchases (iOS)

If you subscribed to Ascend Premium via the Apple App Store, all billing and refund requests are managed directly by Apple.
We do not have access to or control over Apple's payment system.

3. Google Play Purchases (Android)

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, payments and refunds are handled directly by Google.

To request a refund:

  • Open the Google Play Refunds page
  • Follow the instructions for “Request a refund for a recent purchase”

You can also manage your subscriptions or cancel renewals through your Google Play account settings.

4. General Notes

To request a refund:

  • Refunds are granted at the discretion of the platform you used for purchase (Paddle, Apple, or Google).
  • We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made via App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions canceled during a billing period remain active until the end of that paid period.
